             Corporation is a company or group of people authorized to act as a single entity and recognized as such in law. In each acme corporation every one year, always there is open recruitment for upgrading new employees. This is because Acme Corporation established a system to create job opportunities for employees who have not got a job. Therefore Acme Corporation had been specifying certain requirements that include personal information and competencies to be able to occupy the position offered.

            This system has positive impact on the effectiveness of using their funds on the recruitment for freshmen as well as the determination of a company’s success because they can choose the right employees. These candidates of freshmen must go through trials made by the company to ensure that they will meet the company requirements and be a good use for the future of the company.

            The first trial is the interview stage, here these candidates must answer all the questions thrown by the company with good answer of course, if their answer meet the company’s standard then they will go to the next trial, sadly if they don’t meet the company’s standard then they will declined.

            Each trial is difficult and must be done with careful step and passed with high score in the company terms. These freshmen will be a new weapon for the company against the other company in the business world.
